1. Using Ling

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use Ling in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Product capabilities can vary by device, region, account, permission, service availability, and release version.

2. AI outputs and important decisions

Ling uses AI and external information sources. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review results before relying on them, especially for health, legal, financial, safety, travel, employment, or other consequential decisions. Ling is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or emergency services.

3. Actions and connected services

Ling may help create schedules, reminders, files, public works, or other results and may use authorized services on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing permissions, confirmations, recipients, timing, and final content before actions with meaningful external effects.

4. Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, transform, display, and transmit that content to provide Ling. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including for personal information, images, files, and third-party material.

5. Public works and conduct

Content you choose to publish can be viewed and shared by others. Do not publish illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, privacy-invasive, or unsafe content. We may review reports and restrict, remove, or preserve content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law.

6. Paid services

Ling may offer energy purchases, Ling Pro, or other paid features. The current product, price, included benefits, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Apple transactions are also governed by Apple's terms. Except where law or platform policy requires otherwise, delivered digital purchases may not be refundable.

7. Prohibited use

• Do not interfere with, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Ling or related systems.
• Do not use Ling to harm others, violate rights, evade safeguards, distribute malware, or conduct unlawful activity.
• Do not misrepresent AI output as verified fact where doing so could cause harm.
• Do not abuse automated, public-sharing, account, payment, or reporting systems.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Ling or request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, material breach, nonpayment, or protection of Ling and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

9. Intellectual property and service changes

Ling, its branding, software, website, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue capabilities and will provide notice where required. These terms do not transfer ownership of Ling or third-party services to you.

10. Disclaimers, liability, and changes

Ling is provided to the extent permitted by law without a guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may update these terms and will show a new effective date. Contact support@withling.top with questions.
